Nicole Carrier received her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in Allied Medicine in 1995 and worked as a radiologic technologist. She then graduated from Red Rocks College Physician Assistant Program in Denver, Colorado in 2000 where she received her certificate in physician assistant studies and Master of Medical Science degrees. She immediately began practice in geriatric medicine and upon moving back to Ohio in 2006, joined as a founding provider for Geriatric Physician Associates which is now Central Ohio Geriatrics. She continues to serve the geriatric community as a primary care provider at several of our communities including Sarah Moore Nursing and Rehabilitation, Willow Brook of Delaware Run, The Ganzhorn Suites and Memory Care and Harrison on 5th by Senior Star. Her areas of interest include skilled rehabilitation, dementia, hospice and end of life care. She is married with three children and enjoys many outdoor activities and travel with her family.
