Our logo has a tagline that includes the words: “personal, patient, professional” and was designed by the daughter of one of the patients for whom we cared back in 2009. She insisted on using those 3 words because they best exemplified the experience she had dealing with COG. Our practice was founded on those principles and we are committed to working with our business partners to excel in quality and service.
Started in 2009, Central Ohio Geriatrics, LLC (COG) has grown to be the largest private medical practice of its kind in central Ohio. COG specializes in senior care across the spectrum of independent living, assisted living, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term residential care and hospice, as well as providing medical education and direction.
